We deliver worldwide via TNT, FedEx and UPS. Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries (please see below paragraph “Territories not covered”).

Shipments will be made form Romania, Bucharest, Postal Code 040288. For an estimate cost please use the below table or following link “UPS Cost and Time”. Please note that the amount is just an estimate.

Please use above link to ensure that your preferred UPS service option is available, and to identify the zone number for your shipment. Zones are used to calculate the cost of your shipment.

To determine if a service option is available from your chosen origin postal code to your destination, visit the 'Calculate Time and Cost' tool on the Romania home page at www.ups.com or call your local UPS office.

Shipping times will vary. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm GMT+2(with the exception of public holidays). It's important to note that while shipping internationally, there may be custom delays. This is not unusual and should not cause you any panic.

Shipping to United States

For imports from Europe please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will have one week to provide this information. Click here for more details from US Customs.

Territories not covered

Our partners TNT, FedEd and UPS does not deliver in the following countries and territories: Antarctica, Ascension Island, Bouvet Island, British Indies, Caroline Island, Christmas Island, CocosIsland, Comoros, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Island, French Southern Territories, Heard &Mc Donald Island, MayotteIsland, Midway Island, NauruIsland, Niue, Pitcairn, Sao Tome & Principe, Somalia, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Svalbars& Jan Mayen, Tokelau, Wake Island, West Sahara.

Territories not covered

All original artworks are shipped to the collector directly from our location. Shipping costs are paid for by the collector at the time the artwork is purchased.

We are only responsible for the cost of packaging their artworks. Our packaging does comply with the general Packaging Guidelines and Best Practice available.

Common Reasons for Delivery Delays

If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2 - 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information.
