Auguries Of Innocence
Oil on Canvas
Size: 140 H x 110 W x 2.5 cm
Auguries of Innocence I see as a one painting, singular as style and vision, the construction of both an innocent, child-like narrative and adult narrative – together in one painting with is nothing but the expression of my struggle for materialising my deepest wish: to become a mother.
It is about the level of mystery, the stunning wonder and the beauty which I find in common wishes, common things. Things or actions that we witnessed a thousand times before can still be transcendently beautiful.
That is my ultimate goal: unity with the divine. The divine within me and others, unity witch can project us into an incorporeal world where I can meet with people that no longer exist in physical world, people that I knew and loved once or with future people like my unborn child.
Unity with the space where the creation takes place where time has no meaning and the infinity is a stretch of time just like an hour. Where I can turn my face and recognise my child already born for thousands times.
