Fiberglass form covered with acrylic painting on masking tape High 182 cm
Many times I use masking tape when I paint. I protect some areas while still being able to maintain the flow of the gesture. To me every bit of removed paper is an invisible cooperative part of my painting containing all its qualia. Objects, events or actions that appear trivial are often clues to larger invisible phenomena.
I exist in an infinite number of universes. There are many me’s in the probable dimensions systems, and each me is related psychologically in a personality structure.
The me that I know is a part of this cinematic while all the other me’s seem to exist in probable realities.
Thoughts and emotions go forth from me not only in all physical directions but on paths that are invisible to me, appearing in dimensions that I do not understand, but still creative components in another spacetime.
Any creative work involves me in a combined process in which I learn to focus my attention away from physical reality, to immerse into these other flows of consciousness and resume with a wider perception that will enable me to extend the concept of reality and enlarge my own experience.

Kamalatmika is the result of many months of painting. She carries traces, fragments and the energy of all the paintings I created during the COVID19 pandemic. It symbolizes the protective skin that painting represented for me while I was going through such changing times.
I made Kamalatmika as my probable self. Worlds and realities are born into and by our imagination.
We don’t learn to create as we don’t learn to breathe… They are inherent qualities in every being as the prerequisites that make life possible.
Our personalities are reinvented in our imagination following preferences and are carried out through conscious choices following our integrity.
(Kamalatmika) Kamala is the Hindu Goddess of consciousness and creativity. She is the first and most primal female energy. She holds the power to create beauty and wealth all around, and to see beauty in everything.
